We offer free shipping to more than 40 countries around the world. Every pre-loved piece is steamed, wrapped in plastic-free packaging and dispatched within 2 working days, tracked from our door to yours. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your country.
Returns
Every purchase you make comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your piece isn’t as described or simply isn’t the one, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange the return and refund you in full — no questions asked. Returned pieces go back on the rail, never to landfill.
Withdraw from Contract
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To withdraw, send a clear statement — for example by email to hello@gildedhangerresale.com — before the 14-day period expires.
Once we receive your returned piece in its sent condition, we’ll refund every payment received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.
